Apply and Audition for America's Next Top Model Reality Show

"America’s Next Top Model," a reality show co-created and hosted by supermodel Tyra Banks, airs on the CW television network. Executive producers include Banks, Ken Mok and Laura Fuest Silva. Each season of the show is referred to as a “cycle,” and the theme typically changes from year to year. Historically, casting calls for America’s Next Top Model have been conducted in February or March each year.
  • Check Free Casting Call and the CW website regularly for announcements of open casting calls being conducted in your area.
  • Review the eligibility requirements for the cycle you are auditioning for to ensure you qualify. Typically, contestants cannot have any professional modeling experience in the previous five years, must be female U.S. citizens between 18 and 27 years of age, and must be at least 5 feet 7 inches tall without shoes on.
  • Download, print and complete the application form published on the “America’s Next Top Model” website.
  • Take your completed application with you to the casting call along with two forms of identification and three photos. Photos must include a head shot and two full-length shots -- one showing you fully clothed, and the other picturing you in a swimsuit. One of the three photos must be black and white.
  • Prepare to be filmed for at least three minutes on camera at the casting call. You’ll show off your runway walk and talk about yourself and why you want to participate in the show. In addition to evaluating your appearance, the judging panel will look for charisma and personality -- the “it factor.”
